Process

How a design order works

Brief, quote, draft, changes, final files. You approve each step.

1. Brief and quote

You send what you need, where it will be used, the text and your deadline. We ask about anything missing and send a written quote with the pieces, sizes, revision rounds and delivery date.

2. First draft

We design the main piece first, usually the largest size, and send it for review. This is the time to change the layout, the image or the wording.

3. Changes

You mark up the draft. Once the main piece is approved, we build the other sizes from it, which is quicker than designing each one from scratch.

4. Final files

We send every size in the formats you need. The builder below shows what that usually means for each type of order.
