Built on a master layout
Most messy decks come from slides copied between files over the years. We rebuild yours on a master layout with set title positions, fonts, colors and chart styles. Once that exists, every new slide your team adds already matches.
Clearer slides
We work from what each slide has to say. Long paragraphs become a short point and a visual; a table becomes a simple chart; screenshots of spreadsheets get redrawn from the data. If a slide is trying to say three things, we suggest splitting it.
Formats
| You use | You get |
|---|---|
| PowerPoint | A .pptx with the master layout and a PDF export |
| Google Slides | A shared deck in your account, plus a PDF |
| Keynote | A .key file and a PDF |
Most decks today are 16:9 widescreen. If you present on an older projector or print handouts, tell us and we set the size to match.
Questions
Can you design a deck from an outline?
Yes. Send the outline and the points each slide must make. We design the slides; the content stays yours.
Do you use our brand fonts?
If they are installed where the deck will be presented. Otherwise we pick close matches that ship with your presentation software, so the deck looks the same on every computer.
